Theatre Cleanliness

The theatre is cleaned in accordance with the strict CDC and WHO guidelines. This includes cleaning products identified by the EPA to be effective in eliminating COVID-19 throughout the theatre.

Lobby - The lobby is cleaned every 30 minutes during operating hours including door handles, hand rails, seating and box office areas.

Concession Stand - The concession stand is fully sanitized every 30 minutes including countertops, prep areas, drink stations, sinks and checkout area.

Restrooms - The restrooms are thoroughly disinfected every morning and sanitized every 30 minutes during operating hours including door handles, toilets, sinks, soap dispensers and countertops.

Auditorium - Before you set foot in our auditorium rest assured that your seat and all surrounding areas have been carefully prepared for you. We extensively disinfect by using a pressurized sprayer to reach all seats, armrests and handrails. This fast drying non toxic method allows us to thoroughly and evenly apply products identified by the EPA to be effective in eliminating COVID 19.

Added Precautions

Easily accessible Hand Sanitizer - For your convenience we have placed hand sanitizer stations throughout the theatre in easily accessible locations near the ticket booth, concession stand, in the restrooms and the lobby areas.

Food handling and protective wear - As added precautions all employees are now provided with face masks and gloves to wear while working. Frequent hand washing and changing of gloves is also required.

Plexiglass Screens Added - For your protection plexiglass screens have been added to the box office and candy counter areas.

Cashless Payment Options - We also have accessible credit card readers and contactless readers available that are sanitized after each use.

Popcorn and Drink Refills - For your safety we do not allow refills on any items. We also do not allow reusable cups and bowls brought from home at this time.

Guest Safety Checklist

Contactless Ticketing - We strongly encourage you to pre purchase your tickets but if you would like to purchase tickets at the theater please think about using credit cards and contactless payments.

Wellness of Guests - Any guest who feels unwell, has a fever or has any COVID-19 like symptoms please please refrain from entering the theatre.

Face Masks - Masks are optional

Cooperation & Patience - As we navigate the new normal we are taking every precaution to ensure your safety - and we are asking our guests to do the same. Please help by considering the following: Dispose of all trash, seat wipes and unwanted protective gear in proper bins upon exiting the theatre, which helps limit contact and gives our employees more time to properly sanitize the auditorium. Please practice physical distancing in all areas of the theatre. Thank you.

We’ve Trained For This

Training - All Sebastiani Theatre Employees have been trained in enhanced cleaning, sanitizing and safety measures. Additionally employees gather at the beginning of shifts to reiterate safety and cleaning protocols.

Mandatory Protective Wear - All employees are given face masks and gloves during every shift. Frequent hand washing and changing of gloves is also required.

First 5 Minutes Wellness Checkins - Sebastiani Theatre employees now check in upon arriving to the theatre. The manager on duty will will ask about their wellness, complete a temperature check and remind them of any protocol updates. Any employee who has a fever or who is ill will not be permitted to work.
