I have been on the Sebastiani Theatre Foundation Board since it’s inception in 2008 and have served as secretary, vice president and president. We are a tight knit group of dedicated Sebastiani Theatre devotees, working tirelessly to make sure the Theatre is open and viable for all of us, well into the future.
NADINE YENNI, Treasurer
Nadine Yenni joined the STF board in 2015 and is currently serving as Treasurer. A native of Bridgeville, PA, she has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She is retired from Chevron after a 27-year career in product and process development. She is married to Sonoma Valley native and hay farmer, Norm Yenni, who operates Sears Point Farming Company.
ROSEMARY SCHMIDT, Board Member
Rose Mary grew up in the NapaValley, and has lived in Sonoma Valley since 1960. She worked at Sonoma Developmental Center for 44 years in a variety of roles with a background in organizational management. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Sonoma State University and completed Post Graduate study in Non Profit Management at USF. She has been past President of Konocti Girl Scout Council, serving Sonoma Lake and Mendocino counties, Founding President of the Sebastiani Theatre Foundation, Advisory Council Member for Seeds of Learning, and has provided fundraising supports to many Sonoma based nonprofits.
JOYCE MOLDOVAN, Volunteer Coordinator
Joyce was a USO Program director, Middle school science teacher and Department Chair in Virginia. In New Mexico she was a museum volunteer director and continued her volunteer director positions here in the Sonoma Valley. She has been the volunteer coordinator at The Sebastiani Theatre Foundation Board since it’s inception in 2008.
RYAN SNOW, Board Member

He has completed more than 400 transactions in the North Bay over the past fifteen years. He achieved his LEED AP accreditation qualifying him as one of the growing number of LEED experts in the North Bay.
